Domestic orders, excluding Alaska & Hawaii, ship by UPS. All other orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 days, after the order is processed, excluding weekends and holidays. The map above can be reviewed for approximate times. Signatures are not required for USPS or UPS deliveries. If, for any reason, a signature is necessary, a $2.00 fee will be added to your bill. A $5 charge will be added for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly or imcompletely addressed due to customer's error.

Returns and Refunds

You must contact us within 90 days of purchase to qualify for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all stack refunds.
